Hit the road and explore New Zealand for a grand tour of down under skiing and snowboarding.

Northern Winter Escape (14 days)

Day 1 – 3 Start with exploring Auckland, shopping for winter clothes and getting ready for the slopes with a visit to Snowplanet.
Day 4 Hit the road, driving along the Thermal Explorer Highway to Rotorua. Soak in a hot pool in the winter air or sample Maori culture.
Day 5 – 8 Head on to central North Island’s ski areas and ski to your heart’s content.
Day 9 – 10 Head south towards Wellington for a breather from the cold.
Day 11 – 14 Work your way back up to Auckland passing the Surf Highway 45 (catch a wave after a day’s snowboarding!), Manganui Ski Area and the west coast.

Southern Snow Adventure (14 days)

Day 1 Drive from Christchurch to Kaikoura for wildlife encounters.
Day 2 Head to Hanmer Springs for skiing and hot pools.
Day 3 Drive to Canterbury, stopping in Christchurch, Selwyn or Methven.
Day 4 – 8 Enjoy the ski areas of Canterbury and Mackenzie along the way to Southern Lakes.
Day 9 – 11 Discover ski areas and adventure around Queenstown and Wanaka.
Day 12 – 13 Drive up the West Coast to see glaciers.
Day 14 Head back to Christchurch via the stunning Great Alpine Highway.
